Founding Chair · BS in Entrepreneurship, Stockton University

Building the people who build things.

I've run a number of businesses, launched university programs and led initiatives. Now I teach founders and teams how to choose what matters to make the most impact for them.

About

An educator who has also met payroll.

I built Stockton's entrepreneurship degree from nothing. Now I run it, as Founding Chair and Assistant Professor of Management at the School of Business. Before academia had my full attention, I founded and ran multiple businesses: a web and marketing firm with clients including Live Nation, Boston Beer, and Corona, a vehicle customization shop, and ventures in fintech rewards and real estate development.

My research sits at the intersection of entrepreneurship, especially among high achieving women, education, technology, and leadership, closer to a Venn diagram than a list. That work has also extended into grant funded research on entrepreneurship in aerospace and aviation.

I write a regular column for Inc.com, sit on the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, and was named a 2026 NJ AI Hub Fellow through Princeton University. In 2024 I received the International Prize for Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Artificial Intelligence, and Technology in Kuwait, and I've been named to the NJBIZ Education Power 50 four years running.
