An educator who has also met payroll.
I built Stockton's entrepreneurship degree from nothing. Now I run it, as Founding Chair and Assistant Professor of Management at the School of Business. Before academia had my full attention, I founded and ran multiple businesses: a web and marketing firm with clients including Live Nation, Boston Beer, and Corona, a vehicle customization shop, and ventures in fintech rewards and real estate development.
My research sits at the intersection of entrepreneurship, especially among high achieving women, education, technology, and leadership, closer to a Venn diagram than a list. That work has also extended into grant funded research on entrepreneurship in aerospace and aviation.
I write a regular column for Inc.com, sit on the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, and was named a 2026 NJ AI Hub Fellow through Princeton University. In 2024 I received the International Prize for Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Artificial Intelligence, and Technology in Kuwait, and I've been named to the NJBIZ Education Power 50 four years running.

Keynotes and one day workshops for businesses and school districts ready to invest in their people.
I work with companies of any size and school districts who want more than a motivational hour. Every keynote and one day workshop, in person or virtual, comes from research on high achieving founders and years running real classrooms and companies.

Storytelling for founders and leaders
Why the deck is usually the problem, not the delivery — practical structure for pitches, talks, and updates that hold a room.
Academy of Management Annual Meeting, 2025
Program-builder first, professor always.
